Rewiring your brain for peace-of-mind, healing and happiness is a process. It’s a journey well worth your time and courage when you have an experienced guide. The alternative usually means weeks, days, months and years searching through seemingly endless methods that focus on one aspect of healing to the exclusion of the rest. You can spend a lifetime exploring various verbal and non-verbal forms of healing and still be at a loss to put it all together.

I will help you build or rebuild your confidence and a greater sense of calm. Helping you puzzle together therapeutic means of living to grow trust in yourself.  When you trust yourself, you begin to know who else to trust.  I will also support your self-awareness, positive self-talk, and healthy whole body-mind so you can greet the day happier and more secure in your ability to manage difficult situations or emotions – trauma-related or not.
