Who Is

Jean Morrison?

Jean Morrison has over 30 years experience empowering people to live more satisfying, balanced and productive lives.  She is passionate about unlocking potential, balance, creativity and adaptability in sustainable ways. She’ll gently challenge unhelpful assumptions holding you in place while building your confidence in daily habits that promote your independent balance.  

Her work in teaching physical and emotional resilience has earned numerous awards, including 2 Women of the Year Awards (2000 from Los Angeles County, and 2020 from California Assembly).  She is a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist, Behavior Therapist, Best Selling Author and 5th Degree Black Belt known for innovative programs for people with diverse neurological needs. 

Jean also teaches Women’s Self-Defense and Crisis Management and Defense in Healthcare Settings.

As a Complex PTSD survivor, Jean brings both personal and professional experience, Jean has an extremely unique skill set to offer those who work with her.  That experience has helped improve emotional management and happier lives for people experiencing:
