  • Virtual class available
  • In-Person learning is available for a limited number of participants weekly depending upon COVID requirements.
  • Must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination to attend in person.
  • Masks are required in class.
  • Parking:
    • Local street parking in front and around the corner
    • Limited parking available behind the building
  • FAQ:
    • The program is an excellent follow-up to the Women’s Self-Defense program.
    • Is there a lot of person-to-person contact?  During COVID, person-to-person contact is limited but present and managed by experienced instructors.
